Zlatans agent köpte just Al Capones gamla villa för 76 miljoner

Check out notorious gangster Al Capone's former Miami Beach mansion, unveiled after a multi-million dollar refurbishment. Built on Palm Island in 1922 and bought by the prohibition-era crime boss in 1928, the exclusive pad - now renamed 93 Palm and valued at $5.6 million - is one of Miami's oldest and most iconic estates. Chicago crime lord Capone died at the residence in 1947, and had lived there during the height of prohibition. Property investment company MB America represented an overseas buyer in the unique purchase and has now rescued the home from dereliction, restoring it as an exclusive venue available for video and photo productions. The colonial-style, seven-bedroom property features three houses - the gate house, the main villa and the pool cabana - as well as plenty of historic architectural details. Unique features include a pond with a grotto lighthouse and a bridge made of red coral, a two-story cabana, a black-and-gold Art Deco powder room and a 30' x 60' swimming pool. Sealed inside security gates and encircled by a tall masonry wall, the property occupies a 30,000 sq ft waterfront lot on Biscayne Bay. Capone's grand nice Deirdre Marie Capone hailed the project, saying: "I visited my uncle Al in this house for the first time when I was one year old. Here is where I learned to swim, where I learned to ride a bike and where I said goodbye to him just before he died."
